Mike and Andy at Woodbridge Capital Advisors were amazing to work with. From the minute we first met them outside of a building we had interest in, I knew they would take care of our company's wants and needs. The first building was not the right fit but within a couple of weeks that had a location that suited us perfectly. We went through some difficult back and forth communication with a couple other parties involved with the lease but Andy was calm throughout the entire process. Mike gave some great insight on the first lease drafted and after a couple of back and forths we had an agreeable lease in place. I could not recommend them enough!
